About Us

Educators Who've Lived the Work.

We are practitioners, coaches, and consultants who have worked inside schools and districts — and we bring that lived experience to every partnership.

Our Story

Born from the Classroom, Built for the Long Haul.

4R Educational Consulting was founded by educators who experienced firsthand the limitations of punitive discipline systems — and the transformative power of restorative approaches. We watched schools struggle with rising suspension rates, fractured relationships, and staff burnout, and we knew there was a better way.

Our work began in a single school district, helping administrators and teachers shift from reactive discipline to proactive community-building. The results were undeniable: fewer suspensions, stronger relationships, and students who felt they truly belonged. That success became the foundation for the 4R Framework and the 6D Implementation Model — a structured, sustainable path to restorative school culture.

Today, we partner with school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and alternative programs across the country — bringing the same commitment to depth, sustainability, and human connection that has defined our work from the beginning.

Mission & Vision

Why We Do This Work.

Our Mission

To partner with schools and districts in building sustainable restorative cultures that improve relationships, strengthen school climate, reduce exclusionary discipline, and increase every student's sense of belonging.

Our Vision

A future where every school is a community of belonging — where relationships are the foundation of learning, accountability is rooted in care, and every student has the support they need to thrive.

What We Stand For

Relationships First

Every strategy, every training, every coaching conversation begins with the belief that authentic relationships are the foundation of everything.

Depth Over Speed

Sustainable culture change takes time. We resist quick fixes and invest in the deep, systemic work that creates lasting transformation.

Equity at the Center

Restorative practices are inherently equity work. We keep the experiences of historically marginalized students at the center of every decision.

Practitioner Wisdom

We honor the expertise of educators. Our role is to build capacity — not to impose solutions, but to develop the internal leadership that sustains the work.

Our Team

Practitioners. Coaches. Partners.

Our consultants bring decades of combined experience as teachers, administrators, counselors, and coaches. We don't just train — we walk alongside schools through the full arc of transformation.
